• 1 ½ oz Teeling Irish Whiskey
• ½ oz Blue Curacao 
• ½ oz Cream of Coconut
• 1oz Pineapple Juice
• 1oz Lime Juice
Glassware: Hi-ball
Garnish: Orange Twist and A Healthy Chunk of Mint
- Combine all ingredients into shaker tins
- Shake vigorously with ice
- Single strain into hi-ball
- Add crushed ice
- Garnish
- Serve immediately
