Serve in: Highball
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig and Heart Jelly on Bamboo Stick

.5oz Grapefruit Juice
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Simple Syrup
.75oz Hibiscus Syrup
1.5oz Empress Gin (on top)

Combine all ingredients (except Empress gin) in your cocktail shakers, shake vigorously then single strain into your highball glass. Add ice then top with 1.5oz Empress Gin. Garnish and serve.
