Garnish: Rosemary Sprigs and 1 Heart Shaped Jelly on a bamboo stick

1.5oz of Guests choice between Grey Goose Essence line
.5oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Lime Juice
Top with Ginger Beer

Combine all ingredients in shaker tins (except Ginger Beer) and shake vigorously. Single strain into mule mug, fill with ice, top with ginger beer, garnish and serve.
