OTK Blueberry Smash

• 1 ½ oz Teeling Irish Whiskey
• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• ¾ oz Simple Syrup
• 10 Blueberries, muddled
• 3 Basil Leaves, muddled
• Top with Sour
Glassware: Old-fashioned
Garnish: 3 Blueberries on a bamboo stick and 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
- Combine Blueberries, Basil Leaves, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup to mixing beaker then muddle
- Transfer ingredients to shaker tins then add Teeling Irish Whiskey
- Shake vigorously with ice
- Single strain into an old-fashioned glass
- Add ice
- Top with Sour
- Garnish
